Q: Why network IP camera can not connect with Cloud Server?
Answer:
It may be caused by:
 
1. network congestion or too many visitors 
2. error in device serial number, user name or password
3. device offline (please check if the device is connected with the public net in P2P conif)
4. incorrect network setting, especially the DNS setting (Recommended DNS setting is 8.8.8.8)
